Tall, RO – 500, RO – 1000, etc.),
in the different species as Tuna,
Skipjack, Mackerel, sardines,
anchovy, octopus, giant squid,
topshell, clams, etc. and in the
different preserve liquids or
sauces as brine, vegetable oil,
olive oil, tomato sauce, mustard
sauce, garlic sauce, onion sauce,
red pepper sauce, yellow pepper
sauce, red wine sauce, marinated
sauce.
Product:
Anchovy:
We capture
our daily catch anchovy in small
refrigerated boats, all product is
carry in ice. We handle and select
properly product for our process,
these permit as to get a firm
texture, good bright color and
excellent taste in final product.
Canned
anchovy in retail presentation:
1. Can ¼ Club (RR125), easy open,
125 grams, HG anchovy, 6 to 8 pc/can,
100 cans per box.
2. Tinapa easy open, 180 grams, HG
anchovy, 9 to 10 pc/can, 50 cans
per box.
3. Tall 1 Lb, easy open, 425 grams,
HG anchovy, 24 pc/can, 24 cans per
box.
Recommended sauces for anchovy:
In Olive oil,
tomato sauce, mustard sauce, garlic
sauce, onion sauce, red pepper
sauce, yellow pepper sauce, red
