INCAMAR SEAFOOD SAC, is a Peruvian fishing company engaged in fishery from the extraction of assorted species, their processing, development of new products with added value, and finally, export to different markets such as Europe (Spain, Italy and France), Asia (Korea, Taiwan and China), and North America, shipments bound to Florida, New York and California.

All our products are developed and produced following the HACCP plan in processing plants authorized and certified by the European Community EEC and the FDA. In the same way, the Peruvian health authority (SANIPES) performs a stringent control on every product to obtain the Peruvian Sanitary Certificate before export.

Our experience, added to our fishing technicians, allow us to develop and comply with the demands of our clients in every products, whether fresh, frozen, cured and canned.

For seven years now, we are developing tuna fishing with our longline vessel and expert crew, being specialized in catch and on-board processing of fresh tuna (sashimi grade 1, 2+, 2), and exported to the specialized markets as USA and Japan. The tuna species we catch are yellow fin and big eye, besides other species such swordfish, marlin, wahoo, mahi mahi  as others.

The products we are capable to produce and export are several, depending on seasonal factors as well as on the requirements for product presentation and volume.
